  I have been a licensed agent for four and a half years in the Morgan County area. I inadvertently specialized in second homes in this area. About eighty percent of my clients are second home and/or property purchasers. I have developed the skill of handling their needs even after the sale with finding housekeepers, getting small repair’s done and property maintenance. Not to interfere with having a place to relax and have the stress of being at two places at one time. To give you a little back round about me, I have completed the code of ethics course which is required by all REALTORS.® and updated every three years. I have gone a step further by taking a course that certifies me an ACCREDITED BUYERS AGENT™ (ABR). I was recently awarded the Graduate REALTOR^® Institute (GRI), with this designation and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, as a REALTOR^® I can better serve my clients and customers. I am also one of the few agents to make the top producer club. I am a member in good standing with (NAR) National Association of Realtors, (WVAR) West Virginia association of Realtors, and (EPBR) Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors.
